i tot in mi mind..okiE ..let mi see..who can i get red dates from ?!! so esther came to mi mind straight away..hahA! haha! she got everi dman ting in the world!!! so i ran to her house! and tadum!! there are 6 red dates!!! 6!!! jus 6 ?!! i usually use 12 dates !!!
oh well...so yah..makie do wif the red dates :(

anyway....tokin bout food and dinner...
i love chicken ..i absolutely loveee chicken ...and i am a meat lover !! i love beef..yah! steak!! try porter house!! Fish i love Fish ...the more exp the better !!!

i went to the gym....to run ...and to ...erm....weights??? yah...lately...i haf been realli unmotivated and like ...poor ex tolerance ! cat run more that 4 km and i can mi 3 sets of 10 anymore..it has down grade to 2 sets ..so upsetttt and i saw winki at the gym!
