Rite...apple crumble..making them are a hassel cuz u gotta make the batter CRUMBLY! SO Much effort!!!
took me two hours to make two different trays..first one was a lil burnt but the second one turn out jus fine .

So little sleep last nite - 4 hours...and got up at 12 pm to make apple crumble for the boys of colours and my dahling alicia . YESH! its mi first attempt ..and seriously, i am no baking expert. tehehe. So...taking out the ingredients...i started making tat apple crumble.
Mistake 1: I forgot to weigh the butter. i noe it was 200 g...so i kinda mentally divided it up into like parts.and sorta estimated 200g. BUT NO, u are not suppose to do tat, u are suppose to weigh it .
Solution: Add more flour ! SMART EHHH???

Mistake 2: I forgot to check the crumble when it was in the oven SO ..it was a lil burnt. YAh...i guess i was msn-ing too much and i kinda forgot to check.
Solution: Scrap away the burnt part!!! It worked perfectly

Needless to say, the kitchen was in a mess, it ended up looking like a disaster ..World war 3. Sokz came by to pick mi and ..and ..and..he was like .............hmmm...............aiyah.wat didja do to ur kitchen ???? flour on the carpet, on the counter, piles of cups and dishes in the sink ....!!! HE WAS TRAumatized!!! BUTTTT....he dint offer to clean it up . As usual...he flops himself on the couch and flip on mi tv and started to watch tv. Yah...mi home= soks home = alberts home= alicia and winki 's home = esthers home = i tink everiones home

So , mi , soks and alicia were in sokz car , all three of us ..dead tired and half aslp and toking shit. then sokz was trying to show off his driving skills - driving wif his THIGH! YESH! that nigga drove wif his thigh. he used his thigh to push the bottom of the steering wheel on the highway . Then he was telling us ...AWH..no big feat. He has tried driving a manual car, while eating , and talking on the phone ...hahA!! using his thigh to steer the steering wheel !!!

Got to jas house !! AWH!! food is NOT done ?! how can it b not done ???? WHY not done ??? i am hungRY! no butter in jas house?? no bread and butter!! i want my bread and butter!!!
Where is my bread and bUTTER!! Jas got us to help mi ...but mi and alicia ended in his room...jumpin on his bed!! and playing wif his toy dog..it was soo cute . tehehe!! okie..i tink it was jus mi who bounced on the bed. soks was EATing and helping ..he prob ate quite a bit ,...strawberry, tunna, mango, asparagus, u name it , he ' s got it ! but awh..mi big brudder can cook! Alicia mi dahling , was doin most of the work..and i was .well.......more like muacking ard. sokz was ordering mi ard..grrr...gin ..do tis ...do tat...AIYAH..not like tat..Aiyah...u got it wrong ..aiyah....i will do it ....haAHAHA...it was good fun working together and man, i am soo goin to miss them!

starters : bread and seafood - there was mussells and bed bugs . ( not shure wat they are called. i tink its bed bugs..teheh! wish i took pixie but i forgot!! )
mains: salmon wif asparagus and squid rolls~!! ( YUMZZZZZ)
dessert: some choco mousse tingy wif nuts and mi apple crumble! and ice cream! YESH ! they say it was good!!! tehehe!!!

dinner topic was sooo funni!! haha!!! man...it was porny thou!! hahA.. .we were toking bout how albert sent mi porn pixes by mistake . not one , not two , but FOUR?!!! hahA! wat kinda of mistake is tat? and sokz taught mi jap porn lauguage - yamateiii!! And they were like ..my my...wat kinda education has gin been getting from these bois!!
Then we tok bout albert's 21st!! haha! yesh ..tis kor kor of mine , was tinkin of hafin a 21st in chapel st ( that was way before i knew him ) and he went ard chapel street hunting for a poub/ club to haf it. And most places were like 2000, or 1000 for hire , n being a cheapo ...he was like ..MANNN!! too exp!! finally , he found a place " Friske" which is for FREE! tell mi , wat kinda good deal is it? so he was more than happi to hold his partee then and he sent out all his invitations WITHOUT noeing that that was a GAY puB! haha! So kor kor had a partee there and there were all these rumours bout him being gay ..and on that nite ...the owner ( obv a GAY) bought him a shot ...it was white and sticky and in a shot glass...hummmm...er..would u drink it ?? would u ??
kor kor declined and say..na..but the owner was so insistent ...and well, so kor kor drank it down..hahA!! oh myy.....needless to say, this is a classic joke wif all of us ! teheh!

The nite was good and i had sooo much fun ! laffin and joking ard and i reali would miss my boys of colours ..........AWH ( jas, albert, sokz , ric) u guys are soo hilarious ..wat am i goin to do wifout u guys ?? AWH..it's weird how i met them thru terence and ended up being such close frens wif them . i cannot imagine not hafing them ever in my life and i love u guys like my family. Most of all , mi alicia is my baby. :)
