This is about a friend of mine, lets call him sperm .

Sperm is 22 year old, an old friend of mine, from anglican high school .

okie, i shall not divulge too much details in case he decides to mince mi into little pieces.

Well, me and sperm has been talking alot as he has a bit of a dilemmna now.

It is quite funny so i was tinking i will blog about it.

Sperm has a girlfriend but he is in love , ..okie..maybe not in love, he has the maddest crush on his colleague.

Firstly, Sperm and his gf are on rocky terms , they argue all the time . ( just like mi and my ex-bf , or william as we just broke up . )

Yet on the other hand, he doesnt seem like he wants to break up with his gf now .

Lets talk about the crush ...

She is 26 years old, four yrs older than sperm .

But she is quite pretty i think ( i m not shure, the only access i have to her face is a tiny picture of her from sperm , not very helpful).
She has tons of admirers and suitors and sperm is one of the many.

Sperm has a done alot for her...

1. made valentines day gift for her

2. Bought her dinner

3. sends her mushy sms - eg" i will nvr let u go hungry"

SO FKN MUSHY!

anyway, his crush is his colleague at work and therefore, it is inevitable that he sees her at work.

And his crush , always hang out with the guys in the office.

Firstly, analysing the situation,

i think it is firstly, wrong for him to EMOTIONALLY CHEAT on his gf.
but he is my friend so....hmmm...................i did speak for his gf behalf cuz i am so righteous! haha.

secondly, i think the girl is a bit of an attention seeking ...gal .
i mean which gal spends all her time with guys .?!
i mean she dun go out with her chick frens ? dun eat lunch with her chick frens ?
AND....worse of all, why is she still not attached if there are `1000000000 guys after her?!

MY solutions to his problems are actually quite straightforward, the only problem is whether he has the guts to do it or not ........

cuz sperm has quite low self esteem ...but i swear to god, he is not ugly ..but he has got cuter friends . ..hahahha

1. break up with the gf and wholeheartedly chase his crush .
since we only live once.

2. stay together with his gf and commit to the r/s more wholeheartedly.

3. Stay single and don;t be bothered about gals till his career takes off .

So, sperm , what do u think ? :)

Salad with smoked salmon.

Dinner
either asian ( with little rice)
or
Pasta salad ( yes, lonely me having it tonite)

Exercise once a day
i cycle, jog, do weights, lurges, abds workout and stretching .
that takes about 2 hours usually .

'YES!
i love my new body!

But ...............my GOAL IS

42.5 KG

wish me alot of luck and determination !

man , i have grown to love salad and all other gross green leaves which i used to HATE !!!

ohh, i miss all mi friends from singapore !
